"the tyger" by william blake

the poem "the tyger" is paired with the poem "the lamb". the poem "the tyger" shows the opposite of the lamb. the poet writes in the poem that the speaker is crupt and has grown up from being "the lamb". the speaker is also questioning life and many things that happen in life. this poem was fun to analyze because you had to connect it with "the lamb". the diction of this poem wasn't that simple but it wasnt too difficult either. i really enjoyed this poem because theres great meaning. it was also fun comparing the two poems

yes the poem the tyger is the opposite of the poem the lamb. i believe that the lamb represents the innocence of a younger being and the tyger reperesents the older on experienced being.
